There are many attorneys with many gifts that can be used in Court. These gifts can include charisma, presence, or power. All are important but none of which is the most crucial. The ability to listen is paramount in winning or losing a case.
Many people can be inspired or even moved by an attorney who is so eloquent that a jury will hang on their every word, but this does not solely lead to a “Not Guilty” verdict. The attorney who is most likely to succeed and attain results listens to witnesses, their clients, and the police to strengthen the case and locate holes and weaknesses in the State’s case. While being a Prosecutor on one side and now a Criminal Defense Attorney on the other, Mr. Menditto mastered these skills by seeing, experiencing, and fighting for both sides to see and know where the problems and advantages lie. Mr. Menditto is ready to fight for you
